It's #NationalOrganisingWeek this week - kicked off by the fab @Apdo_uk - and the focus is creating less food waste.

I know some people will already have started their Christmas planning - but if you haven't, I do suggest a simple thing: Making lists.

This is a great time of year to prep your garden for Spring and Summer (I know it seems ages away, but it is worth it).

These ideas are to help with overwhelm. If you have a routine of how you do something - like laundry - it will take away the frustration from the job.
